Some home additions :)

Yay!!! Finally we are putting up some finishing touches on our apartment. Our newest addition is our painting from Bali, a vase from The Flower Patch, and some branches to add some zest. We are LOVING it, and so is Toothless. haha

These are some cookies I made the other night-forgive me for the paper napkin background but the counter was horrific. But anyways...these were DELICIOUS!!! Who doesn't love chocolate chip cookies filled with oreos? mmm-instant hit, and I have been asked to make them again! It is a modified chocolate chip cookie dough and I'm still perfecting it. Once I have it done, I'll post the recipe. 

Toothless is an only child now...

Last night we gave 2 members of our tiny family away. Abby and Trevor gailey-our favorite step-turtles went to our dear friend Breanne (Banana). While I know that they will be loved, I decided that they needed to have a memory post. So here we go...

top 10 moments of Trabby

This is one of my first times meeting Trabby-I was jealous and asked if I could babysit them for the night-so they slept in the sink and scared my old roommate to death. PRICELESS-and a wonderful reason I love them.

These next two photos are probably the only time that toothless loved the turtles. We were on a road trip and took the tree in a large tupperware-and they just bonded :)

They love to swim in the bathtub and play with bath toys

I loved feeding them frosted flakes when we would run out of turtle food

I love the way Abby would perch on top of Trevor and just sleep there.

Um...I'm really struggling now, they pretty much just played in their tank and when we would take them out they would scramble around on the kitchen floor.

But I loved them.

For a short time.
